Chicken Fried Steak

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean and trim steak and cut into serving size.
  2. Mix egg and milk and spices. Put steak into mixture and let soak for a couple of hours in refrigerator.
  3. When ready to cook, mix flour and spices.
  4. Get oil hot and cover steak with flour. Put back in egg and milk mixture and flour again.
  5. Put in hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Turn over and cook other side until golden brown (about 5 minutes on each side).
