- 1 Loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 10 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Half & Half
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- Powdered Sugar
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable spray.
- Cut the bread into small cubes. Place half the bread cubes into the baking dish.
- Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and evenly distribute over the bread.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese.
- Cover the blueberries with the remaining bread cubes.
- Beat the eggs well and combine with the remaining ingredients (except powdered sugar).
- Mix thoroughly and pour over the bread cubes.
- Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes (until set).
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warmed syrup.
