Blueberry French Toast

  • 1 Loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Half & Half
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable spray.
  2. Cut the bread into small cubes. Place half the bread cubes into the baking dish.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and evenly distribute over the bread.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese.
  5. Cover the blueberries with the remaining bread cubes.
  6. Beat the eggs well and combine with the remaining ingredients (except powdered sugar).
  7. Mix thoroughly and pour over the bread cubes.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes (until set).
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warmed syrup.
