Breakfast Grit Casserol

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Sausage (cooked, crumbled & drained)
  • 1 Cup Quaker Quick Grits (cooked 5 minutes in 4 Cups Boiling Water)
  • 1/2 Pound Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine Sausage and Grits.
  2. Add raw eggs, milk, cheese & seasonings.
  3. Bake in 9x13 baking dish at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Great w/ fresh fruit. - (Freezes well.)
