On each tortilla, put ¼ of the chicken with a tablespoon of sauce. Layer with cheese and diced onions. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
5 Place enchiladas in baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and onion.
6 Bake in preheated oven 370 degrees for 15 minutes.
7 Cover with tomatoes and heated green salsa before serving.
8 Serve with Mexican rice and dinner salad.
