Meat
- 2 Cup Cubed Chicken (cooked in Pam)
Vegetables
- Chopped Mushroom
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Green Pepper
- Chopped Broccoli
- Any other Vegetable you want
Broth
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- 3 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- Minced Garlic
- Minced Ginger
- Prepare Wok with sesame oil and Pam. Set aside.
- Cook Chicken.
- Add Broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
- Add vegetables and 1/2 cup pecan halves
- Serve over rice
