  • 2 Cup Cubed Chicken (cooked in Pam)
  • Vegetables
  • Chopped Mushroom
  • Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Green Pepper
  • Chopped Broccoli
  • Any other Vegetable you want
  • Broth
  • 1 Can Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
  • Minced Garlic
  • Minced Ginger
Instructions
  1. Prepare Wok with sesame oil and Pam. Set aside.
  2. Cook Chicken.
  3. Add Broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
  4. Add vegetables and 1/2 cup pecan halves
  5. Serve over rice
