Meatballs
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 Clove Garlic
Sauce
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (with juice)
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
- Dash Pepper
- Mix well and make into little balls.
- Brown in 1 Tbsp. Shortening. Cook only until brown.
- Drain meatballs.
- Put in large pan and add sauce ingredients.
- Add a little water and simmer for about 30 minutes
