    Meatballs
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Sauce
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (with juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
  • Dash Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix well and make into little balls.
  2. Brown in 1 Tbsp. Shortening. Cook only until brown.
  3. Drain meatballs.
  4. Put in large pan and add sauce ingredients.
  5. Add a little water and simmer for about 30 minutes
