  • 1 Envelope Lipton-Onion Mushroom Soup
  • 1 ¼ lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 ½ Cups Soft Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Ketchup
Instructions
  1. Combine 11 ingredients and shape into loaf.
  2. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
    Drain half way through
Note

Option:
Substitute can of Rotel Tomatoes for water & ketchup. (Just pour out a little of the juice
in the can so meatloaf won't be too soupy.)
