  • Beef Tenderloin
  • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
  • 4 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Season and let marinate overnight OR season & freeze. Thaw when ready to use.
  2. Cook at 500 degrees uncovered for 15 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Let set in oven for 2 hours.
