- Beef Tenderloin
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz)
- 4 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Season and let marinate overnight OR season & freeze. Thaw when ready to use.
- Cook at 500 degrees uncovered for 15 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Let set in oven for 2 hours.
