Shepards Pie

  • 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef (Heavily Seasoned with McCormick's Garlic Pepper)
  • 1 Tablespoon Molasses (approximately)
  • 1 Jar Heinz Savory Beef Gravy
  • 1 Pound Bag Birds Eye Frozen Peas and Carrots Blend
  • 1 Pound Bag Birds Eye Frozen Shoe Peg Corn
  • 2 Cups Grated Cheese of Choice (approximately)
  • 1 Container Bob Evans Regular Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Container Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Instructions
  1. Cook beef with seasoning and drain fat. Add molasses and gravy. Put in bottom of large Pyrex glass casserole dish.
  2. Combine peas, carrots and corn in microwaveable bowl and microwave 2 minutes. Stir and microwave 2-4 additional minutes (until a little warm but not cooked). Drain all liquid that may be in bottom of bowl. Layer on top of beef.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top of vegetables.
  4. Combine both mashed potatoes in the bowl you used for the vegetables and stir to combine the flavors. Spread on top of cheese.
  5. Bake in 350-degree oven until bubbly. (Usually about 30-40 minutes.)
