  • 1-1.5 lbs Chuck or Round Steak cut 1" Thick
  • 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Soup Can Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place meat on heavy duty foil (or in iron skillet).
  2. Dilute mushroom soup with water. Pour over steak.
  3. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle dry soup on top.
  4. Seal tight and Roast in pan for 1 hour at 375 or until fork tender.
