- 1-1.5 lbs Chuck or Round Steak cut 1" Thick
- 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Soup Can Water
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Place meat on heavy duty foil (or in iron skillet).
- Dilute mushroom soup with water. Pour over steak.
- Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle dry soup on top.
- Seal tight and Roast in pan for 1 hour at 375 or until fork tender.
