- 1 Can Black-eyed Peas (14 oz. drained)
- 1 Can White Hominy (15 1/2 oz. drained)
- 2 Medium Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 4 Green Onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Cup Chunky Picante Sauce
- Pinch of Salt (if desired)
- Combine 11 ingredients.
- Let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
