Ingredients
  • 1 cup 1 Dried Navy Beans OR 3 Cans Great Northern Beans (if using dried beans, soak overnight, rinse and add 1 cup water to ingredient list)
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth (or 3 cans)
  • 2 Cups Cooked & Chopped Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Chopped Green Chiles (4 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
  • As much or little Red Pepper Flakes as you like!
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine 11 ingredients (except cheese).
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least an hour.
  3. Top with cheese & enjoy!
